Jogurtowa Panna Cotta


Kto myśli, że panna cotta z jogurtu nie może być dobra, jest w błędzie! I to ogromnym! :) Szczerze mówiąc, jest równie dobra, a może i nawet lepsza? Spróbujcie sami, bo naprawdę warto! Owoców teraz pod dostatkiem, więc wykorzystajcie na co tylko macie ochotę :)

Składniki na panna cottę:

  3 łyżeczki żelatyny
  1 i 1/2 szklanki mleka
  laska wanilii
  1/2 szklanki cukru
  skórka grubo otarta z połowy pomarańczy
  500 g  jogurtu greckiego

Do miseczki wsypać żelatynę i zalać ją 1/2 szklanki mleka. Odstawić. 
Pozostałe mleko wlać do rondelka. Wanilię przeciąć wzdłuż na pól, wyskrobać ziarenka i dodać je oraz laskę do mleka. Wsypać cukier i skórkę z pomarańczy. Zagotować i podgrzewać, aż cukier się rozpuści. Odstawić z ognia. Dodać żelatynę, mieszać do jej rozpuszczenia. Przelać mleko do miski, odstawić na 10 minut do przestygnięcia. Wyjąć laskę wanilii i skórkę pomarańczową. Dodać jogurt i dobrze wymieszać. Przełożyć krem do sześciu szklanek. Włożyć do lodówki do stężenia.

Składniki na macerowane owoce:

  2 pomarańcze
  nasiona z 1 małego granatu
  1/4 szklanki cukru
  1 łyżka soku z cytryny

Pomarańcze obrać, nożem podzielić na cząstki bez błonek. Pokroić na mniejsze kawałki i przełożyć do miski. Dodać nasiona z granatu. Zasypać owoce cukrem i dodać sok z cytryny, wymieszać, odstawić, by owoce puściły sok. Schłodzoną panna cottę udekorować owocami i listkami świeżej mięty.

Yogurt Panna Cotta

Whoever thinks that panna cotta made of yogurt can't be tasty is mistaken! To be honest it is really good or even better. This recipe is worth trying! You've got a big choice of fruits to add, so use which one you want :)

Panna Cotta ingredients:

  3 tsp powdered gelatin
  1 1/2 cups milk
  1 vanilla bean
  1/2 cup sugar
  orange zest from half an orange
  2 cups greek yogurt

In a small bowl sprinkle the gelatin over 1/2 cup of milk. Set aside.
Pour 1 cup of milk into a saucepan. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean into the milk and add the pod. Add sugar and orange strips. Bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolved sugar. Rmove from the heat. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved. Transfer to a bowl and cool for 10 minutes. Remove the vanilla pod and orange strips. Whisk in the yogurt. 

Divide the yogurt cream among six cups. Refrigerate until set.

Macerated fruits ingredients:

  2 oranges
  seeds from 1 small pomegranate
  1/4 cup sugar
  1 tbsp lemon juice

Peel the oranges using a knife. Cut on either side of each segment to free it from membrane. Put it into the bowl, add sugar, lemon juice, pomegranate seeds and stir. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Top the panna cotta with fruits and serve.
